Why is cd fully exposed in package? Package is damaged, cd is scratched, driver failed to install. Where do i get another driver from?

It works, pulls 250 MB, which is already good, but not 500.
Useless device that doesn't work...
Money spent for no reason..this will be the last time for me...
After installing driver on win 11, i can get upto 1gbps which is my internet speed. So the product is good.
But on linux / debian , it works like plug and play but the speed is only like 480 mbps.
I bought this product only for using it with my linux system. I should have bought an usb to lan instead.
